    Complaint? Maybe we can help!

    If you have a consumer complaint about a California business, we may be able to help you, or refer you to others who may provide assistance. We also may be able to assist workers who have complaints of overtime pay or minimum wage violations. Please fill out this form and give us detailed information about your complaint. Depending on the volume of inquiries we receive it may take several days or weeks for us to respond.

    The likelihood that you will achieve the justice you are seeking is exponentially increased if you can argue your position clearly, effectively, and professionally. To help you do that, we have included a sample complaint letter for your convenience.
